Hi, I’m Melanie

I am a trauma therapist in the state of Washington.

I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, I get that. My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in curiosity and compassion, creating space for clients to show up as they are without pressure or judgment.

I work from a trauma-informed perspective and integrate somatic and relational approaches to help clients better understand themselves, navigate difficult experiences, and reconnect with a deeper sense of self. I see therapy as a collaborative process—one rooted in authenticity, trust, and the belief that meaningful healing happens in connection.

I work where I live. Where my kids attend public school. Where I shop, and walk my dog, and vote, and ride my bicycle, and meet friends for tea. I believe in the power of community, and I am committed to the health and healing of our world— beginning at the local level. We can do this, together, one step at a time.
